Yes and No

Last week, talked about saying “yes” and about what our “yes” means and how it reflects on our integrity and character, sort of a “say what you mean and mean what you say” kind of teaching from Jesus… And saying “yes” sounds good, want to say “yes” most of the time when we can… but we all know that there are times when we can’t say “yes”, have to say “No”…

Do you still “read”, or do you find more and more that you just “scan” for the real meaning? Mail, letters, articles, texts, etc… Listening too? Voicemail, conversations, just waiting for the subject, quickly dismissing the “How’s it going?” chat? You might even find yourself
