The Student & Young Adults Pastor serves under the leadership of the Family & Discipleship Pastor and is responsible for discipling middle school, high school, and young adults (college-age through early adulthood).

This role exists to build a clear, intentional discipleship pathway that moves students into spiritually healthy, missionally engaged adults who are fully integrated into the life and leadership of the church.

This position emphasizes spiritual formation, leadership development, volunteer multiplication, and alignment with the church’s Family Discipleship strategy.
